Baribun Paddock to Plate
All of our cattle are raised the way nature intended. They are grass-fed and finished on natural, unfertilized pasture. Importantly, we do not use chemicals, growth hormones, antibiotics, mRNA vaccines or anything else for that matter. We do not finish (fatten) our cattle on grain or silage. The only occasional additives are supplementary hay through the winter (it gets cold in Maryvale), molasses or minerals. The result is healthy, lean and tantalisingly delicious beef.
Our meat is professionally butchered at The Butcher Co in Kalbar and packaged in individually-labelled, meal-sized Cryovac packs. Each order is weighed and boxed by the butcher and then delivered fresh to your door from a refrigerated van.
Delivery is free to the Brisbane Metropolitan area.
All steps in the process strictly accord with the Safe Food Queensland requirements for the processing and sale of fresh meat.
