Once the deposit is paid, your order is confirmed. The balance will then be payable on delivery. This will be the weight of your order (marked on your box by the butcher) multiplied by our price ($22.50 per kg of delivered meat) less the deposit you paid when your placed your order.

For example, if you order an Eighth portion, the deposit paid will be $200. If when when your box arrives, you see it contains 23.125 kg of meat (this will vary from between around 20 to 25 kg, depending on the weight of the beast). The total cost will therefore be $520.31. The balance payable will be this amount less your deposit - so, on delivery, we will ask you to pay $320.31.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be allocated to the next available delivery date. That may not be the next delivery day if our orders have been filled for that run but, if so, it will be the delivery day after that. When we receive confirmation of your order, we will email you with our expected delivery day.
